Reservations are recommended and can be made online or by phone. A credit card secures all bookings; treatments canceled or changed less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a fee up to the full service price.
Please arrive 45–60 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and enjoy the pools, steam room, sauna and relaxation lounges. Late arrivals may be subject to shortened treatments to avoid delays for following guests.
Robes, slippers and lockers are provided. Bring swimwear for pool or bath experiences and comfortable clothing for yoga or movement classes. Remove jewelry prior to treatments when possible.
Please notify us of pregnancy, recent surgeries, high blood pressure, allergies or medications when booking. Our team will recommend appropriate services and may require medical clearance for certain treatments.
