Frequently asked questions

You can book online or by calling the spa directly. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee; packages and special offers may have different terms.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete a brief consultation. Wear comfortable clothing; robes, slippers and amenities are provided. If you have any relevant medical details, bring them or inform reception.
Please inform us of pregnancy, recent surgery, heart conditions, severe allergies or skin infections before booking. Some treatments may be modified or unsuitable; our therapists will advise alternatives to ensure safety.
Gratuities are appreciated but not required. We accept major credit cards, contactless payments and hotel billing for Langham guests.
