Frequently asked questions

Bookings are made by phone or email; reservations for villa treatments and physician consultations require a 30% deposit. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance for full privacy and specialist availability.
Wear comfortable clothing for consultations and yoga. Robes, slippers and all treatment linens are provided; bring swimwear if you plan to use the villa bath or outdoor pools.
Please disclose any medical conditions, recent surgeries, medications, pregnancy or allergies at booking. Your physician-led assessment will determine appropriate modifications or if a treatment should be deferred.
Service charges are included for villa stays; additional gratuities for therapists and specialists are appreciated but entirely optional and may be given directly or added to the final bill.
