You can book online or by phone. For weekends and couples treatments we recommend booking 7–14 days in advance, especially during holidays or when international events are in town.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment to check in and enjoy the relaxation area. Late arrivals may have reduced treatment time to avoid impacting other guests.
Comfortable clothing is fine. Lockers, robes and slippers are provided; therapists will ensure privacy and draping is used at all times during treatments.
Please advise us of pregnancy, recent surgery, heart conditions or allergies when booking—some treatments may be modified or contraindicated. Tipping is appreciated but not required; discretionary service charges are not added.
