There is no formal dress code. For sauna and plunge use, wear swimwear or the disposable garments we provide. For massages and facials you will be properly draped; wear comfortable clothing for arrival and departure.
Yes. Please disclose medical history, medications and any cardiac, respiratory, pregnancy or seizure conditions prior to booking. Clinical treatments (IVs, hyperbaric) require a brief medical screening and consent. If in doubt, consult your physician.
