QC Spa New York is the only outdoor wellness spa in New York City that remains open year-round, situated on the serene Governors Island with breathtaking panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline, Brooklyn Bridge, and New York Harbor. Frequently asked questions

Bookings can be made online or by phone; we recommend reserving in advance, especially for weekend or private circuit slots. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service; no-shows are charged in full.
The spa is on Governors Island and is accessible by the public ferry from Manhattan or Brooklyn; check ferry schedules and allow extra time for seasonal crowds. On arrival, follow signs to the spa check-in desk where staff will confirm your reservation and provide lockers, towels and orientation to the outdoor facilities.
Wear or bring your swimsuit, a change of clothes and flip-flops; robes and towels are provided with most treatments. We recommend bringing sunscreen and a hat for sun exposure on the terrace, and leave valuables at home or in your locker.
Please inform us of pregnancy, recent surgeries, heart conditions, high blood pressure or other medical issues before booking so we can tailor or decline treatments for safety. Tipping is not required but appreciated; a 15–20% gratuity for therapists is customary and can be added in cash or through the billing system.
