Bookings are recommended and can be made online or by phone. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations; late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to 50-100% of the treatment cost depending on timing.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your appointment to check in and use the changing facilities. Bring swimwear for the pools; towels and robes are provided if you book a treatment that includes pool access.
Swimwear is required in the communal and private pools. We ask guests to shower before entering pools, keep noise to a minimum in relaxation areas, and follow staff guidance for safe use of geothermal facilities.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancy or medication before booking; some treatments may be unsuitable. Gratuities are appreciated but not obligatory — a 10-15% tip is common for exceptional service.
