Frequently asked questions

Reservations are recommended at least 7–14 days in advance for signature treatments and medical consultations, especially during peak seasons. You can book via the retreat reception, by phone or email; we will confirm recommended preparation and arrival time when you reserve.
Please arrive 20–30 minutes before your appointment to complete a brief medical and wellness intake. Bring swimwear for pool treatments; robes, slippers and towels are provided by the spa.
Comfortable clothing is fine for consultations and most treatments. Avoid applying heavy creams or self-tanning products before facials or body exfoliations and inform staff of any recent sun exposure, procedures or allergies.
Please notify us of medical conditions such as pregnancy, cardiovascular issues, recent surgery or active infections; some treatments may be contraindicated. Tipping is appreciated but entirely discretionary; if you wish to acknowledge exceptional service, 5–10% is a common guideline.
