Frequently asked questions

You can book online, by email or by phone. For signature treatments, sunset yoga and weekend appointments we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance; same-day slots are subject to availability.
Bring swimwear for baths and a light layer for evening treatments as temperatures drop after sunset. The spa provides robes, towels and slippers; comfortable clothing is fine for wellness classes.
Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, recent surgeries, high blood pressure, pregnancy or ongoing medical treatments when booking. Some rituals using heated sand or strong exfoliants are not suitable for certain conditions.
Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory; typical tips range from 5-10% of the service cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service price.
