You can book treatments or multi-night wellness journeys online via our website or by calling our reservations team. For immersive 4–7 night packages we recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance to secure preferred dates and specialists.
Please arrive 20–30 minutes before your appointment to check in and enjoy our relaxation areas. Bring comfortable clothing, swimwear for baths, and any personal items; robes and slippers are provided.
There is no formal dress code, but wear comfortable, loose clothing. For bodywork you will be draped appropriately; remove jewelry and avoid heavy lotions before body or facial treatments.
Please notify us of pregnancy, recent surgeries, high blood pressure, heart conditions, skin sensitivities or any medications. Our therapists will recommend appropriate modifications or advise if a treatment is not suitable.
