Reservations are recommended and can be made online or by phone. We require a credit card to hold appointments; cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged in full.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your appointment to check in and enjoy the relaxation lounges and thermal amenities. Bring swimwear if you plan to use the pool, sauna or lakeside facilities; robes, slippers and lockers are provided for spa guests.
Casual, comfortable clothing is recommended. For yoga, wear breathable, fitted activewear; for kayaking, bring quick-dry clothing and a change of clothes. We provide towels and life jackets for water activities.
Please disclose any medical conditions, recent surgeries, allergies, pregnancy, or medications when booking so we can tailor or modify treatments. Gratuities are appreciated but not required; you may tip your therapist in cash or add a gratuity to your bill at checkout.
