Frequently asked questions

You can book online through our website or by calling the front desk. Treatments during popular workshops fill quickly, so we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance when attending events.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check in and complete any brief health forms. Bring comfortable clothing and a reusable water bottle; towels and robes are provided.
Therapists will advise appropriate modesty levels for each treatment; swimwear is recommended for shared baths or steam sessions. Draping is used for all massages and body treatments to ensure comfort and privacy.
Please inform us of any pregnancies, recent surgeries, chronic conditions or medications when booking; certain treatments may be modified or contraindicated. Tips are appreciated but not required; most guests leave 5-15% for exceptional service.
