The Hot Cold Club — Sauna & Ice Bath Lisbon
A purpose-built hot-cold cycling studio in the heart of Lisbon's Príncipe Real neighbourhood. The Hot Cold Club features two performance saunas burning at 88°C (190°F) and four separate ice baths ranging from 4°C to 14°C — a cold water buffet catering to all experience levels. The brunch café and terrace are open to anyone at any time without booking. Sessions run Monday–Sunday 08:30–17:30. Towels and amenities provided. Situated at Rua da Palmeira 33A, a 5-minute walk from Praça do Príncipe Real.
