You can book online via our website or by calling the reception. For the Life Transformation Program we recommend reserving at least 4–6 weeks in advance due to limited residential capacity.
Bring comfortable, loose clothing, swimwear for pools and sauna, and any personal supplements or medical records. Treatments are performed with appropriate draping; casual resort wear is fine around the grounds.
Certain conditions (e.g., pregnancy, uncontrolled heart disease, recent stroke) may preclude some therapies. A pre-treatment medical screening and physician clearance are required for guests with significant health issues.
Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory. We accept major credit cards and cash (EUR); tipping may be left at reception or directly with therapists.
