You can book treatments online via the resort website, by email or by calling the spa reception. Appointments are recommended at least 48 hours in advance for signature services.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your appointment to check in and enjoy the thermal facilities. Bring swimwear and footwear for wet areas; robes and towels are provided by the spa.
Swimwear is required in the pools. In sauna areas a towel or swimsuit is acceptable depending on the specific facility; staff will advise on entry etiquette. Smart-casual attire is advisable for other hotel areas.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgeries or allergies when booking. Some treatments and thermal pools may be contraindicated; our medical wellness team will advise during consultation.
