Frequently asked questions

Reservations are recommended in advance, especially for overnight programs. You may book online or by phone; cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a fee equal to one night's stay or the full cost of booked treatments for day visitors.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your first treatment to check in and enjoy our amenities. Bring swimwear for pools/thermal areas and comfortable clothing for hiking; we provide robes, slippers and toiletries. If you have dietary restrictions please notify us at booking so our farm-to-table kitchen can accommodate you.
Spa areas are relaxed — swimwear for pools and thermal baths, and robe attire in treatment zones. We ask guests to keep noise to a minimum to preserve the peaceful atmosphere. Gratuities are appreciated but not required; you may add them to your bill or give them directly to therapists.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, medications, pregnancy or injuries when booking. Certain treatments may be modified or contraindicated; our team will recommend appropriate alternatives to ensure your safety and comfort.
