Frequently asked questions

You can book treatments and workshops online or by calling reception. A deposit is required for multi-day retreats and select workshops; please review the cancellation policy (typically 48 hours for single treatments and longer for retreats).
Please arrive 30–45 minutes before your appointment to check in, enjoy the views and use the facilities. Check in at the front desk; late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid affecting following guests.
Wear comfortable layers and bring a swimsuit if you plan to use the hot-spring baths. Towels and basic toiletries are provided; you may want a light sweater for the cliffside breeze.
Please inform us of medical conditions, recent surgeries, high blood pressure, pregnancy or implants—some treatments may be adapted or require physician clearance. Gratuities are appreciated; 10–20% is customary and can be left in cash or added to your bill where available.
