Frequently asked questions

You can book online, by phone or via WhatsApp. We recommend reserving in advance, especially at weekends. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations; late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to part of the treatment cost.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment to complete a short health and consent form. Bring any relevant medical information and remove jewelry beforehand; robes and slippers are provided on arrival.
Wear comfortable clothing. For massages and body treatments you will be properly draped; for facials and pedicures simply wear what is comfortable. We provide robes, towels and disposable underwear when needed.
Please inform us of pregnancy, heart conditions, recent surgeries, high blood pressure, or skin infections before booking — some treatments may be contraindicated or modified. Gratuities are appreciated but not required; tips can be given in cash or added to your payment.
