Reservations are recommended well in advance due to the 24-guest maximum. For weekly programs a deposit is required at booking; day treatments may require a credit card guarantee. Cancellation policies vary by package and will be confirmed at time of booking.
Bring comfortable clothing and activewear for fitness and yoga sessions; swimwear for pool and thermal areas. Robes, towels and slippers are provided during your stay. For evenings smart-casual attire is preferred in communal dining areas.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancies, allergies or medications before booking treatments. Certain therapies (deep tissue, heat therapies, Ayurvedic oil applications) may be modified or contraindicated for specific conditions, and a consultation will determine suitability.
Tipping is appreciated but not mandatory. You may add gratuities to your final bill or tip staff directly; we also offer guidance if you wish to recognize exceptional service during your stay.
