Comfortable, breathable clothing is best for yoga and meditation. For tantric or bodywork sessions you will be guided by your practitioner about modesty and what is appropriate; all therapists follow strict professional boundaries.
Please inform us of pregnancy, major health conditions, or recent surgeries before booking—some treatments are modified or not recommended. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Tipping is appreciated but not required; 10–15% is customary for exceptional service.
