Please arrive 45-60 minutes before your treatment to enjoy the hydrotherapy facilities. The spa offers a Daycation package (AED 500) for facility access and treatment credit; details and inclusions are provided at booking. Gratuities are discretionary and can be added to your bill or given directly to therapists.
Swimwear is required for shared pools, plunge and vitality areas; robes, slippers and towels are provided. For Hammam treatments, modesty options are available—our team will advise what to wear to ensure comfort and privacy.
Please inform us of pregnancy, recent surgery, high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies or any chronic medical issues prior to booking. Some treatments may be modified or contraindicated; a doctor’s clearance may be requested for certain conditions.
