You can book online through our website or call the spa reception. For signature rituals and weekends we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure preferred times and private cabanas.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your appointment to complete a short health questionnaire and enjoy our relaxation areas. Bring swimwear if you plan to use thermal pools; robes, towels and slippers are provided.
There is no formal dress code, but comfortable clothing is recommended. For body treatments and baths please wear swimwear or undergarments you are comfortable with; disposable covers are available when needed.
Inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgeries or allergies when booking. Tipping is appreciated but optional; 10–15% is customary for exceptional service. Therapists may decline to perform treatments when contraindications are present for safety reasons.
