Frequently asked questions

Reservations are recommended and can be made online or by phone. We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes; bookings cancelled within 48 hours may be charged 50% of the treatment price. For multi-day programme bookings different terms may apply.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to check in and settle. We are 45 minutes from Queenstown and can help arrange recommended transfers — please contact us in advance to coordinate pickup and times for guided hikes.
Wear comfortable layered clothing suitable for alpine weather for outdoor activities. For treatments we provide robes, towels and disposable undergarments as needed. If you have personal toiletries or preferred clothing for yoga, feel free to bring them.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, allergies, or if you are pregnant so we can tailor treatments safely. Tipping is not expected but appreciated; if you'd like to acknowledge exceptional service a modest gratuity is welcomed.
