Frequently asked questions

Bookings are recommended at least 48 hours in advance, especially for signature treatments and Ayurvedic consultations. You can reserve online, by email or by contacting the concierge at the resort.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your appointment to complete a short health questionnaire. Wear comfortable clothing; robes and slippers are provided. If you have prescriptions or recent medical records, bring them for consultations.
Therapists use draping to ensure your privacy at all times. For yoga and movement classes, wear comfortable activewear. For Ayurvedic therapies such as Shirodhara or Panchakarma, specific guidance will be provided at booking.
Please inform us of pregnancy, recent surgery, high blood pressure, heart conditions or allergies before booking. Tipping is appreciated but not required; many guests leave a gratuity through reception or a small cash thank-you for exceptional service.
