Reservations are recommended and can be made online or by phone. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late-cancellation fee; some treatments and private baths require a deposit.
We provide towels, robes and slippers; bring swimwear for thermal pools. Treatments include pre- and post-care amenities; please arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy the thermal circuit when included.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, recent surgeries or pregnancy when booking. Some treatments and hot-water experiences are contraindicated during pregnancy; our team will recommend safe alternatives.
Tipping is not expected but always appreciated for exceptional service. You may tip directly to your therapist or at reception in cash or by card.
